- Conduct a kickoff meeting to align the team on objectives and expectations
Day 3: - Continue participant recruitment
Usability Test Plan - Review and finalize the usability test plan
Refinement - Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders
- Make necessary adjustments to the plan
Day 4: - Complete participant recruitment
Participant Scheduling - Schedule participant sessions, ensuring time slots work for participants
- Conduct a dry run of the usability test setup to ensure everything is in order
